Services & Scope of Work

Our company provides licensed security guard services, mobile patrol, concierge security, event security, and loss prevention across British Columbia. All services are delivered in accordance with the BC Security Services Act and applicable provincial regulations.

  • Services are confirmed only upon execution of a written service agreement or purchase order.
  • Scope, hours, post orders, and staffing levels are defined per contract and may not be altered without written consent from both parties.
  • We reserve the right to substitute qualified personnel of equal or greater certification without prior notice.
  • Services do not constitute law enforcement. Our officers are not empowered to arrest, detain, or use force beyond what is permitted under the BC Security Services Act and common law.
Note: Emergency response, armed services, or specialized surveillance may require a separate addendum and are subject to additional regulatory requirements.
02

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and lawful working environment for our personnel. Failure to do so may result in immediate withdrawal of services without penalty to our company.

  • Clients must provide accurate site information, access credentials, and emergency contact details prior to commencement of services.
  • Any known hazards, threatening individuals, or ongoing incidents must be disclosed to our team in advance.
  • Clients must not direct our officers to engage in activities outside the agreed scope of work or in violation of any law.
  • Payment terms are net 15 days from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
03

  • We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, third-party interference, or pre-existing site vulnerabilities.
  • Certificate of insurance is available upon written request.
  • Clients are encouraged to maintain their own property and contents insurance independent of this agreement.
04

Privacy & Data Collection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the BC Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

  • We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services, process invoices, and comply with legal obligations.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice, unless otherwise stated in the contract. Termination for cause — including non-payment, unsafe conditions, or breach of contract — may take effect immediately.

  • Services cancelled with fewer than 48 hours notice for scheduled shifts may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one shift’s billing rate.
  • All outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination regardless of the initiating party.

  • These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior understandings, written or oral.
